The New Alpha & Omega Christian Book Store

Thank you for shopping with us! We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days) – Rates calculated at checkout
  • USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days) – Rates calculated at checkout
  • USPS Priority Mail Express (1–2 business days) – Rates calculated at checkout

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. The New Alpha & Omega Christian Book Store does not cover, reimburse, or subsidize any shipping charges, including on exchanges or store credit returns.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO military addresses via USPS. Orders shipped within California typically arrive within 1–3 business days.

Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with USPS on your behalf and work to resolve the issue promptly. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and any USPS claim processing may take 7–10 business days:

Returns & Exchanges Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange or store credit. We recommend using USPS with tracking to ensure safe delivery, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Digital Products

For downloadable or digital products, no shipping is required. Download instructions will be sent to your email immediately after purchase.
