No Refund Policy – Exchanges & Store Credit Only

At The New Alpha & Omega Christian Book Store, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds on any purchases.

However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to offer:

Exchanges – Items may be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value within 14 days of the purchase date.
Store Credit – If an exchange is not possible, we will issue store credit equal to the value of the returned item, which can be applied to any future purchase.

Conditions for Exchanges & Store Credit:

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Digital products, downloadable content, and gift cards are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
